Recipe that was given to me by Jan Cocannouer
Ingredients
4 ? 5 large baking potatoes, baked
2/3 cup flour
≤ teaspoon salt
2 green onions, chopped
∏ pound velveta cheese
2 more green onions
2/3 cup butter
8 cups milk
∏ teaspoon pepper
16 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
∏ cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 ounces sour cream
Directions
Scoop out potatoes and put in bowl. Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add potato pulp, salt, pepper, onion, ≤ cup bacon, Velveeta cheese. Blend well. Stir and heat through. Stir in sour cream. Add more milk ? if desired.
