Cream Corn

By: Natasha Fulton

Description

This Cream Corn is always a big hit. I am always "assigned" to make it at Thanksgiving. My Grandma gave it to me years ago and I tweeked it some and made it my own. Super easy to make.

Ingredients

2 large bags corn (total about 54 oz or so)
1 can white corn
1 package cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups heavy cream
1 cube butter

Directions

This is a large recipe that I make at Thanksgiving. It is easy to make smaller amounts if you just half it. (for a dish like this the amounts do not have to be exact.)

You can do this in the crock pot or on the stove. If you choose the crock pot low setting for 4- 5 hours. If you do it on the stove low simmer setting for about 3 hours.

All you do is cut the cream cheese into cubes and butter into quarters. Add all ingredients in large pot or crock pot and cook till thick bubbly.
