Rosemary and Sun-dried Tomato Bread

Description

Rosemary and Sun-dried Tomato Bread. Ideal for a breadmaker.

Ingredients

1.5 Cups Water, room temp
4 heaping tablespoons of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil. Get enough oil to fill the tablespoon.
1 tablespoon of olive oil (or extra oil from the sun-dried tomatoes)
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
4 cups bread flour
1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary (or dry if fresh is not available)
2 teaspoons active dry/instant yeast

Directions

Add all ingredients to the bread machine bowl in order listed. If using delay, be sure yeast doesn't touch the liquid ingredients. Use the standard/white bread cycle. Creates a 2 lb loaf.
