Hummus

Ingredients

1 can Garbanzo beans (16oz)
2-3 Garlic Cloves
1 1/2 Tbsp Tahini
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 small Full Lemon Juiced
1 tsp Salt

Directions

Strain and wash beans. Put everything into a food processor and blend well. Try and adjust seasonings to taste.

So I was on my way to work this morning when I head an interesting way to make Hummus. Basically do everything like you have in this recipe, but replace the Tahini with Peanut Butter! As odd as it may sound they say it is actually really good. Just sounds so funny because peanut butter is some common. I will have to give it a try and see how it turns out.

I finally made this again today and tried it with the peanut butter instead of tahini. It worked great. The only other change is that I used 2 tbsp of lemon juice since I didn't have an actual lemon and I didn't know how much juice is in a lemon. It turned out great.
