Pumpkin Cream cheese roll

Ingredients

3/4 cup flour , 1tsp baking powder,2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp pumkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp nutmeg,1/2 tsp salt, 3 eggs, 1cup sugar, 2/3 cup pumpkin. In a another bowl make the Filling: 8oz.softened cream cheese, 1cup powdered sugar, 1tsp vanilla Mix filling ing. well.

Directions

Mix all the cake ing. spread in a parchment paper lined 10x15 pan. Bake for 15 min. As soon as you take it out of the oven, flip cake out on dish towel sprinkled with powered sugar. Roll up in towel. Let it cool for 5 min. Unroll and spread filling on it. Then roll up again like a jelly roll. Let cool for 10 min. and wrap in tin foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate. These also freeze well.
