Sunday Night Potato Soup

Ingredients

3 lb bag red potatoes
1/2 stick butter
Whole milk
3 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper to taste
garlic and onion powder to taste
1 4" sprig of fresh rosemary or dry rosemary to taste

Garnish:
cheddar cheese
fried pancetta
chopped green onions

Directions

Skin and boil potatoes until tender. Mash with spoon. Add butter. Add whole milk a bit at a time until desired consistency/thickness. Add rest of the ingredients and serve with garnish.
