Ingredients
4-5 chicken breasts
1 can crescent rolls (8)
Sauce:
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook, debone, and break chicken into small pieces. Separate crescent rolls into triangles and lay flat. Place chicken pieces on triangles and roll up as if for crescent rolls. Place in ungreased baking dish 9x9x2 and cover with sauce. Cook 30 minutes at 350. Yields 8.
Sauce:
Combine ingredients and warm in pan till cheese melts and is mixed well.
Note: When cooking chicken, add enough water to just cover chicken. Add 3 chicken boullion cubes while cooking to add flavor.
