Salmon Chowder

Ingredients

1 cup moked salmon
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup onions
1/4 cup sliced clery
1 can diced potatoes
2 tbsp flour
1 1/4 cup chiken bouillon
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp fress dill, minced
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

In a saucepan, melt butter, saute' onion, celery. Stir in flour, add bouillon, potato and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching boiling point. Add sour cream, dill, pepper, smoked salmon: heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add parsley before serving 3-4 servings.

Thanks! I have really enjoyed this website. I put in several receipes yesterday, instead of putting them in my receipe box, that isn't organized, I record them here where I can actually find them. Thanks again for the website.
