Egg Casserole

breakfast casserole

Ingredients

24 ox frozen hash browns
1/2 cups melted butter
3 cups chees (your choice)
1 1/2 cups Ham or Sausage (cooked)

1/2 tsp season salt
6 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk

Directions

Put frozen hash browns in bottom of 9 X 13 glass dish. Pour melted butter over has hash browns. Layer meat on top of has browns then top with cheese. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes. (to cut time, bake this part the night before and put in fridge until the next day)

Beat together season salt, eggs, evaporate milk.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes

Cover with foil if eggs get too brown.
