Description

A delicious cheese ball for the holidays.

Ingredients

1 Jar - dried beef (cut into small pieces)
3 to 4 - sliced green onions
2 - packages cream cheese

Directions

1. Let cream cheese set out for 20-30 minutes and soften.

2. Add green onion and half of the dried beef to cream cheese.

3. Mix ingredients together by hand.

4. Roll mixture into a ball.

5. Roll ball in remaining dried beef.

6. Refrigerate overnight.

7. Enjoy
