A great bread machine recipe for white bread that I got from my Mom.

Ingredients

1 Egg
3 Cups Flour
1 Tbs Gluten
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tbs Oil
1 1/2 Tbs Honey
1 Cup Water (Warm)
2 tsp Yeast
1/8 Cup Water (Warm)

Directions

This recipe is used for the bread machine. Mix the last two ingredients in a separate bowl first and let it set. Put all the other ingredients into the bread machine and lastly add the yeast that was mixed with the water. Set your bread machine to white bread and you're done.
